Wednesday

Today we hit the Riverwalk with my family. It was a little drizzly and cool, but we still had a nice time. We had BBQ at The County Line and then did some shopping for souvenirs.
We went to the Kiddie Park after that. The kids had so much fun! Tyler's favorite was the school bus. Tyler loves to see school buses when we're out driving. Lately, he's been telling me, "Tyler ride bus," so he finally was able to.

Family here

On Sunday afternoon, my parents, sister and her two kids, and my other niece, Allissa all arrived. Kaleb was very excited to see Tyler. They played all afternoon. Tyler loves playing with my parent's dog, Jazzi. On Monday, we went to Artworks in the morning and then had lunch at Chick-fil-a. After we put the boys down for naps, us girls all went to get pedicures while Grandpa stayed with the boys. After we got home, we went to the pool. That evening after the kids were in bed, me, my sister, and Allissa went out shopping again. I had to take Allissa b-day shopping.
Today, we went to the Natural Bridge Wildlife Safari. My parents, Tyler, and I had been there before, but not the others. It was lots of fun and this time we even got to see the Zebras. They were Tyler's favorites.
After we got home, the kids made crafts with Grandma. A tree with fall leaves. Today is the first day of fall.
We know the rest of the week will continue to brings lots of fun.

Children's Museum

Tyler and I went to the Children's Museum with our friends, Amy and Emily today. The kids had a great time. Some of Tyler's favorite activities there were:
Milking the cow-water came out

Making big bubblesDriving the trollyTalking on the phone to grandma and grandpa
His most favorite was the HEB grocery store. He ran around with that cart so fast and filled it up. He loved it!

After the museum, we went out for lunch at the Rainforest Cafe. Tyler thought that was very cool. He was a tired boy on the way home. This is how he fell asleep.

Uncle Brett & Carman

This weekend, Scott's brother, Brett and his girlfriend, Carman, were here for a visit. Tyler was very excited to see them. All week, he'd talk about them. When I was pushing him in the swing, he'd say, "Brett push Tyler; Car (his name for Carman) push Tyler." He also knew we were going to Sea World with them. So he'd say, "Brett, Car Sea World" at random times throughout the day. When they first got here, he was shy, but has now warmed up to them. They both did push him in the swing, at Sea World, Carman had to push his stroller, and tonight Uncle Brett had to put on his pj's... He's had fun with them.
Tyler loved Sea World. It's been almost a year since we were there last. He sat really well through the shows and liked them. He fed the sea lions fish and loved watching the dolphins. He wanted so badly to pet the Clydesdales. He was a really good boy the whole time we were there.
At the Shamu show, they talk about how SeaWorld is big into conservation and protecting our environment and planet earth...well, here's my son pulling the bark off the tree..way to protect the trees Tyler!
