Yard Project

One side of our house is in the shade and the grass never grows. We've tried to plant new sod and really water it, but it doesn't last. So, Scott decided to put down river rock and crushed granite on the side there and it turned out great. I don't have a final picture, but here is Tyler helping. This kid loves to do projects and is already ready to work! His dump truck came in handy.

Milk Shake

I wasn't sure if Molly could suck from a straw. I should have known she could since she does ok with her sippy cup. Anyway, she loved this cookies & cream shake from Chick-fil-a. No, she did not have the whole thing, only a few sips. How cute is she!!

11 Months!!

Molly, you are 11 months today! I can't believe in one more month you will be a year old. The time has just flown by. You can't really tell, but in this picture, your hair is in a little pony tail-your Aunt Kim did them better when we were in IL. I'm still learning. So, this month you got your first tooth (you can even see it in this picture, it's on the bottom),you now love to clap and wave, and are just babbling up a storm-you say mama and Dada in your babbles, but I don't think you realize it can refer to me and Daddy yet. If you see something you want, you point your hand towards it and say, "eh, eh."You are still pretty content and sit and play. You love your toys and books. You love to swing outside and be outside in general on walks or sitting with me while we watch brother play. I do have to watch you when we're outside because you try to eat the leaves. Speaking of food, you were doing great eating until you got sick. When you are sick, you won't eat any baby food. Now that you are better-you had a cold and an ear infection in both ears, you are starting to eat a little now. You love puffs. I tried to give you Cheerios, but you gagged. We'll try again soon. You're doing pretty good with your sippy cup. When you're well and eating, you only nurse from me before your two naps and at night. You usually take a morning nap and an afternoon nap that both are an hour and 15 min. to a hour and a half. You're usually in bed by 7:00-7:30. You still are not crawling. I put you up on all fours and you're not real sure what to do. If you are on your tummy, you scoot backwards. You like to stand up against things, but are not cruising on the furniture yet. I have to add you love to pull hair! You are such a happy little girl and so much fun!
