Monster Mania

We haven't done too many crafts lately. It's been so nice, we've been outside a lot. I saw these cute monsters in my Parents magazine the other day and decided to try them.

We painted the paper towel/TP rolls in the morning and left to do our errands-which did include going to Hobby Lobby to get yarn and felt. When we got home, I cut out different shapes and we glued them on. I think this would be a better craft for older kids. I had to cut out all the pieces and do the hair. Of course, Tyler didn't want to get glue on his hands, so he put on a few things and then for the rest would tell me where he wanted it. Now that they're finished, he's had a lot of fun with them. He likes to pretend they're eating me.
