Molly's first swim

As much as Tyler likes to go to the pool, I knew I'd have to get Molly out there at some point. Today was the day. His friends were going and invited him. I really didn't feel like going since I had already showered and gotten ready for the day, but it was overcast, so a good day for Molly's first pool experience. It took me 3 tries to get on her swimsuit. I kept messing up the straps-had them in front when the should have been in back, they were suppose to criss cross and I messed that up...Finally we get to the pool and at first she was just content to play in her stroller. When she started getting fussy, we took her in the water. She wasn't sure what to think of it at first, but got used to it. We only stayed in about 15 min. After that I changed her, fed, her and she took a nap, while Tyler and I played. Tyler is back go going down the big slide on my lap. Two years ago, he loved it; last year only did it once and didn't want to anymore, so I wasn't sure what he'd do this year. He's back to liking it. Monday Tyler starts swim lessons at the pool with his friends, Audrey and LaLe. Audrey has a little brother who is 5 months old, so while they have lessons, Molly and Landon will have swim time with Mommy.

I have to add that my best friend, Dana, got Molly her adorable suit and hat. It fit great!!
