9 Month Info

Molly, I am finally getting time to write about you turning 9 months. Here's what you've been up to:
You weigh 19 lbs 8 oz. and are 28.4 inches long
You still have no teeth, but are always chewing on everything.
You go through spurts of eating lots of baby food and then the next week not wanting any
You like mashes up bananas now
You are doing well on learning to drink from a sippy cup
You love the bath; you never disliked it, but now you have so much fun in the tub-splashing and you do cry when it's time to get out
You love your brother and will laugh and laugh at him
You do push your brother away when he's too close or bothering you
You love playing peek-a-boo and will put the blanket, towel, your dress over your face yourself to play. You laugh and laugh. It's so cute!
You always take off your socks. When I say, Molly, where did your socks go, you just smile and grab your feet
You like playing "fetch" with Mommy and Daddy with your toys when we're out at the store, restaurant, church...
You're hair it getting so long; I can't believe how much you have
You like to try to pull the doggies hair
You love to pull Mommy's hair and when I tell you not to, you just giggle
You still love to read books and like turning the pages now yourself
You sometimes try to wave
You like to grunt and have me copy you
You like to stand up against the couch or ottoman-I have to help hold you or you would fall over, but you love to do that
I have been trying to get you to clap-I saw you two different times looking at your hands and then clap them together-it was so cute, but you won't do it for me
We have been putting you on your belly more to see if you'll start crawling, but you haven't figured it out yet
You are just a fun, sweet girl!!
