Scott and I had a great anniversary trip to San Diego. We arrived Tuesday to sunny San Diego around 11:00. Once we found our condo, we headed out to look for food and get an idea of the area. We were in a great location-close to everything we had planned. We went over to Coronado Island first and ate at the cutest little pizzeria. We did a little shopping and then had ice cream at Moo Time-my friend recommended that place. I know I took pictures that day, but can not find them. The Island was adorable. Everyone rode around on bikes and there were the cutest little houses there. I really liked it. When we came back over to San Diego, we drove around some more-this first picture is the view of the city from Harbor Island. That night we took the trolley to the Padres game. They were playing the Giants. We got there a little early for batting practice and Lincecum was giving autographs. It was a fun game.

Wednesday, we went to Mission Beach in the morning. We walked along the beach and then ate at The Mission. My sister and her friend raved about it. I have to say, it was delicious! After that we went to Torrey Pines. Scott was going to be golfing there on Thursday and wanted to see where it was and have time to buy a few things. Next we went to the zoo. The zoo was wonderful! They also had cable cars that would take you from one end of the zoo to the other. There were so many big hills. I don't know how the moms with double strollers were making it. That night we ate in Old Town.

Thursday, I dropped Scott off at Torrey Pines to play. The course was gorgeous as you can see from the pictures. I putted a few times before I headed to La Jolla. I loved La Jolla. It was the cutest little town. There were tons of shops to look at. I had lunch outside while I read. I walked down to the beach and even layed out for hour or so. The weather was great that day. That night we went to Old Town and had a great dinner at this place called Cafe Coyote. I don't have any pictures of that.

Friday morning, we went back over to Coronado Island because I wanted some more pictures, but it was pretty overcast. We looked at a few more shops we missed the first day and then headed back to Point Loma. We ate at Point Loma Seafoods, which Rachel Ray recommends and it was good. After that, we headed to the airport. It was a very nice trip for me and Scott. We got to do all the things we wanted to and relax some too.
