Weekend in Houston
Last weekend we went to Houston for a visit. We stayed busy and had a good time. We got there Friday around lunch time. Tyler mostly played with Grandmom Shobe all afternoon. They did lots of working. That evening, we went to our friends-John, Kathleen, Mark, and Brett-house. I, unfortunately did not take any pictures, but Tyler and Mark had a blast playing together. Brett is about 8 months and was so big and already crawling. This was their first time meeting Molly. It was nice to see them and catch up. Kathleen and I really enjoyed our walk with just the babies.

When they got back home, we spent lots of time outside. It was gorgeous weather. Grandmom knows how much Tyler loves to work, so she kept two bags of mulch out for him. He brought his wheel barrow and shovel and had a blast.
After lunch, we met up with my best friend, Dana to make scarecrows. It was hot and a little crazy, but now that we're home and we finished him up yesterday, I think he looks good. Here is Tyler stuffing his shirt and then the finished product.
