We started our vacation off in Indy. My parents had rented a van and picked us up at the airport Sunday. Monday we headed to the Children's Museum. I remember going there when I was younger. It is an awesome, 4 floor museum and the kids loved it! When you enter, there is a big Bumblebee, which Tyler loved since he's in to Transformers. ( I can't seem to move the picture down or start the words above it)
Here is scuba Tyler
Molly loved the fish! She'd point and wave to them. She could have stayed there all day!
I don't remember the story, but this whole army was found and only a few were intact, the rest had to be put together. This is my parents and Tyler putting the man back together.
ahh-success!
This whole city is made of Lego's. There are tons like this-a huge rocket, the golden gate bridge, a huge train, semi truck, hot air balloon, titanic...just a ton. They were incredible.
This Lego car was by far the favorite. The whole thing is made of Lego's. Molly could not get enough of it.
There were a whole Hot Wheels area too. There were lots of cool cars, cars to sit in, cars to work on, areas to race cars. Again, Molly loved the cars to sit in and drive.
There was a huge construction area. Tyler could have stayed there all day!
Tyler is operating the crane up there on the right side. It really does move the crane with that bag of supplies attatched to it.
There was also a big dinosaur exhibit.
These pictures aren't even all the museum. There was a train area, a big water area, and even a carousel ride. There was a playscape area that had a cute little kids area that Molly really liked-it had windows to open, light switches to turn on an off, buttons to push to hear sounds and things like that.
If you are ever in Indy, you must go to this Children's Museum!
