Busy Saturday

What a busy Saturday we had!  We went to the park in the morning, then to Home Depot to build a lawn mower pencil holder, and then to Pet Smart to see all the animals.  They were having dog adoptions, so the kids were in heaven. 

This was Molly's first time climbing up this.  She did great!

It's a baby grub.  Tyler tried to convince me it was so cute. 

Panda Express was handing out coupons and they had this bear there for their restaurant.  Molly was so scared of it, poor thing.  She stood looking the opposite way the whole time, looking at the floor, and telling me, home, home.  She wouldn't hammer in any nails or help with her project.  She'd look over at him out of the corner of her eye every now and then, but was very worried. 

After Molly's nap, we headed to the pool.  Tyler went down the slide several times by himself.  And Molly went down with me twice.  I thought for sure we'd get to the top and she'd tell me no, but she loved it!  At the pool, we ran into her friend, Elliott.  I've posted before about Mike and Linda.  They used to live here, then moved to IN.  They love the kids and our dogs.  Their daughter Lauren was at the pool with her adorable son.  The two had fun playing together.

After the pool, we had a going away party for some friends that are being stationed in Korea.  I don't have pictures of that, but we had a fun time.
