Sea World

My Sea World pass just expired yesterday, but Molly got a free preschool pass, so we went to Sea World last week twice for 5 hours each time.   Wednesday we saw Pets Ahoy which is one of our favorites.  They have rescued hundreds of pets and do lots of tricks with them-it's very cool.  They have dogs, cats, ducks, birds, a pig, a skunk, a mouse...it's a fun show.  We also saw the new Sea Lion show, which was good too.  After the show Molly fed the sea lions.
Molly needed a snack for the show!

Molly rode the carousel several time, climbed on the ropes, played a the playground, and had fun at the splash pad.

The Killer Whale shows are always later in the day and we usually have to leave to pick up Tyler, so we never can see it.  This day, Tyler went to a friends after school, so we were able to see the one about how they train the Killer Whales.  It was fun and Molly loved it.

We went back again on Saturday so we could see One Ocean-the Killer Whale show.  First, Molly had to ride the carousel again and play on the ropes some more.  Then we saw Pets Ahoy again.

After that, we hurried over to see One Ocean.  Unfortunately, it started raining and lightning, so the show was postponed, then finally cancelled.   Since it was pouring out, we really didn't have anywhere else to go.  We hung out in the covered area, talked to the trainers, and watched the whales swim.  I was bored after a hour of it, but Molly was enjoying it and that's what matters.  She'd run from one side to the other watching the whales.
Once the heavy rain stopped and it was only a drizzle, we took this picture and fed the ducks
Finally, they were able to do the next show, so we stayed and watched.
I have to say, I was not impressed.  Maybe it was because I was tired, hungry, and had a headache, but the training show we saw Wednesday was much better.  The whales did a lot more tricks.  But at least we saw it.  After that, we saw Azul-that is one we love too.  It has Bottlenosed Dolphins doing tricks, trainers swimming with Beluga Whales, acrobats, synchronized swimming, lots of high diving...we enjoyed that show.  After that show, the rides were opened again, so Molly had to ride the carousel again and see the Sea Lions one last time.  Then we headed home!  Molly was so sweet and thanked me several times for taking her to Sea World!
