First Day of School 2018-2019

Today was the first day of school.  Tyler started 6th grade-middle school.  He wasn't nervous until this morning.  His day went well.  He only got lost once.  Molly is in 2nd grade.  She got Ms. Woods for her teacher.  We wanted her; I've heard she's fabulous and she's Mrs. Pease's (Molly's teacher from last year) best friend.  Molly's very good friend, October is in the same class as well as Jackson, my best friend, Debbie's son. Molly had a good day too.
No shorts are allowed! And no athletic pants!  With this TX heat, it's crazy! Tyler didn't even own pants until last week.
Zack, Kyle, and Tyler     They'll be walking together to and from school.  This is the elementary school.  The middle school is aways behind it.  This is as far as they'd let us walk them.  I did pick them up in the teachers parking lot because it's 100 degrees out.
Don't know if you can tell, but the heart on her shirt is made of colored pencils.  She thought that would be a great first day of school shirt.  She picked out her new sequence shoes.
I'll be posting more this week about our Chambers' family vacation to Gulf Shores.  We had a blast.
