Our busy weekend

This past weekend was a busy one for us.  We had something fun planned each day.  Friday evening, we had the Hoffmann Hoedown.  It was a PTA fundraiser for the school.  There were lots of fun games and food.  Molly even had a blast doing the games. 

Saturday we went to the pumpkin patch. The kids had fun even though it was hot.  It should not be 84 degrees in Oct. at the pumpkin patch.

Molly loved the bounce house. I couldn't believe she went in and didn't mind falling so much.  Tyler wouldn't go in these till he was at least 2 1/2 yrs old.

Both kids loved the petting zoo.  Tyler got to hold a chicken and rabbit.

I had Molly in with Tyler for this train ride, but she wanted out right before it started.  He said it was pretty bumpy, so we're probably lucky she got out.

I saw on Pinterest to drill a design into your pumpkin and I knew Tyler would love that. 

Sunday, our church has their annual church picnic at Morgans Wonderland.  It's a huge park with lots to do.  It was fun!  I just took Tyler.  Scott brought Molly home for lunch and nap after church and really, football was on too.  It would have been a lot for a tired girl and plus it was 94 degress out.  Crazy!!  Here are pictures from that.

They had fishing, several people caught some big catfish.

Tyler leaned fishing takes time and sadly, we didn't catch anything. 

 I don't have pictures of even half the things at this park.  They had a train ride, carousel, sensory village with a store to shop in, cars to design, horses to ride and other cool things; we did the water cannons and the remote controlled boats; there were several playgrounds, a gym with tons of activities, and even an off-road adventure ride.  We'll be going back.  Molly would have loved it too, so I'll have to take her one day by herself.  

Crazy, busy weekend, but fun!
