Finishing up First Grade

Today is Tyler's last day of school.  He is almost no longer a 1st grader.  He's growing up too fast.  The last few weeks they've done fun things.  He had field day.  It was drizzling out, so his grade level had to stay inside, which limited the activities for him.

 

These 3 are always together!!  Kyle gave him a letter yesterday that said: Dear Tyler, You are the best friend ever.  You will never not be it.  Love, Kyle.  Is that not the cutest thing ever!!!

They had their awards ceremony on Monday.  Tyler's was for the Pillars of Character that he received during the year.  His was for Fairness.

 Here he is this morning with Miss Lopez.  We've all really liked this year.
