Last weekend we went to Austin so I could give Carman a baby shower. She wanted a "shower" theme. Everything turned out cute.

| Unfortunately it's a little hard to see this one. The white puffs are suppose to be clouds and then they have raindrops coming down from them. For dessert, we had cupcakes and almond bark pretzels. The little cupcake toppers said, Baby Sprinkle, Sprinkled with Love, and Baby Girl |

| I thought these little rain boots with balloons made a cute decoration for when guests arrived |
 |
| We played the game, "How Big is Carman's Baby Belly?" Everyone had to cut yarn and then we measured to see who was the closest. I don't have pictures of the second game, but it was a list of pregnancy words and you had to match them to the correct piece of candy. For example: girl name: Baby Ruth; baby giggles:snickers, hospital bill:100 Grand...things like that. Then whenever someone answered correctly, I'd throw them that kind of candy. |
We had a yummy lunch of chicken salad croissants, turkey and cheese sandwiches, fruit salad, broccoli salad, and chips with a shrimp salsa.
Carman received many gifts that she needed-this is their first, so they need everything! Scott set up the crib for them and we gave them the dresser that matched the crib and took up our bassinet for them to use.
We can't wait for little baby girl Shobe to arrive!
